Schedule 5 → Part 1 → Schedule Item 9 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

A public officer shall not do or direct to be done, in abuse of his office, any arbitrary act prejudicial to the rights of any other person knowing that such act is unlawful or contrary to any government policy.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
