Schedule 3 → Part 1 → Schedule Item 7 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) The Federal Character Commission shall comprise the following members: (a) a Chairman; and (b) one person to represent each of the states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. (2) The Chairman and members shall be appointed by the President, subject to confirmation by the Senate.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
