Schedule 3 → Part 1 → Schedule Item 10 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

The Federal Civil Service Commission shall comprise the following members - (a) a Chairman; and (b) not more than fifteen other members, who shall, in the opinion of the President, be persons of unquestionable integrity and sound political judgment.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
