Schedule 2 → Part 2 → Schedule Item 6 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

Nothing in paragraphs 4 and 5 hereof shall be construed as enabling any laws to be made which do not preserve the archives and records which are in existence at the date of commencement of this Constitution, and which are kept by authorities empowered to do so in any part of the Federation.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
