Schedule 2 → Part 2 → Schedule Item 23 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

The National Assembly may make laws for the Federation or any part thereof with respect to statistics so far as the subject matter relates to - (a) any matter upon which the National Assembly has power to make laws; and (b) the organisation of co-ordinated scheme of statistics for the Federation or any part thereof on any matter whether or not it has power to make laws with respect thereto.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
