Section 312(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) The electoral commission established for the Federation under any law in force immediately before the date when this section comes into force shall be responsible for performing the functions conferred on the Independent Na tional Electoral Commission established by the provisions of this Constitution.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
