Section 306(5) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(5) The notice of resignation of the Governor and of the Deputy Governor of a State shall respectively be addressed to the Speaker of the House of Assembly and the Governor of the State.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
