Determination of causes and matters
Section 294(4) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(4) For the purpose of delivering its decision under this section, the Supreme court, or the court of Appeal shall be deemed to be duly constituted if at least one member of that court sits for that purpose.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
