Tenure of office and pension rights of judicial officers

Section 291(3)(c) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(c) in any case, shall be entitled to such pension and other retirement benefits as may be regulated by an Act o the National Assembly or by a Law of a House of Assembly of a State.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
