Jurisdiction (State Customary Court of Appeal)
Section 282 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(1) A Customary Court of Appeal of a State shall exercise appellate and supervisory jurisdiction in civil proceedings involve questions of Customary law. (2) For the purpose of this section, a Customary Court of Appeal of a State shall exercise such jurisdiction and decide such questions as may be prescribed by the House of Assembly of the State for which it is established.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
