Section 280 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(1) There shall be for any State that requires it a Customary Court of Appeal for that State. (2) The Customary Court of Appeal of a State shall consist of - (a) a President of the Customary Court of Appeal of the State; and (b) such number of Judges of the Customary Court of Appeal as may be prescribed by the House of Assembly of the State.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
