Establishment of a High Court for each State
Section 270 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(1) There shall be a High Court for each State of the Federation. (2) The High Court of a State shall consist of - (a) a Chief Judge of the State; and (b) such number of Judges of the High Court as may be prescribed by a Law of the House of Assembly of the State.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
