Appellate jurisdiction (Supreme Court)
Section 233(3) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(3) Subject to the provisions of subsection (2) of this section, an appeal shall lie from the decisions of the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court with the leave of the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
