Finances of political parties

Section 225(5) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(5) The Commission shall have power to give directions to political parties regarding the books or records of financial transactions which they shall keep and, to examine all such books and records.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
