Establishment of Nigeria Police Force

Section 214(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) There shall be a police force for Nigeria, which shall be known as the Nigeria Police Force, and subject to the provisions of this section no other police force shall be established for the Federation or any part thereof.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
