Appointments by Governor
Section 208(2) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(2) The offices to which this section applies are, namely - (a) Secretary to the Government of the State; (b) Head of the Civil Service of the State; (c) Permanent Secretary or other chief executive in any Ministry or Department of the Government of the State howsoever designated; and (d) any office on the personal staff of the Governor.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
