Tenure of office of the members (state bodies)

Section 199(2) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(2) A member of any of the bodies shall cease to be a member if any circumstances arise that, if he were not a member of the body, would cause him to be disqualified for appointment as such a member.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
