Removal of Governor or Deputy Governor from office

Section 188(6) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(6) The holder of an office whose conduct is being investigated under this section shall have the right to defend himself in person or be represented before the panel by a legal practitioner of his own choice.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
