Determination of certain questions relating to elections
Section 184 · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
The National Assembly shall make provisions in respect of - (a) persons who may apply to an election tribunal for the determination of any question as to whether (i) any person has been validly elected to the office of Governor or Deputy Governor, (ii) the term of office of a Governor or Deputy Governor has ceased, or (iii) the office of Deputy Governor has become vacant; (b) circumstances and manner in which, and the conditions upon which such application may be made; and (c) powers, practice and procedure of the election tribunal in relation to any such application.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
