Governor: disqualification from other jobs

What Constitution says

The governor shall not, during the period when he holds office, hold any other executive office or paid employment in any capacity whatsoever.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
