Section 171(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) Power to appoint persons to hold or act in the offices to which this section applies and to remove persons so appointed from any such office shall vest in the President.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
