Federal grants-in-aid of State revenue

Section 164(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) The Federation may make grants to a State to supplement the revenue of that State in such sum and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the National Assembly.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
