Quorum and decisions (federal bodies)
Section 159(2) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(2) A member of such a body shall be entitled to one vote, and a decision of the meeting may be taken and any act or thing may be done in the name of that body by a majority of the members present at the meeting.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
