Tenure of office of members (federal bodies)
Section 155(1)(c) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(c) in the case of a person who is a member otherwise than as ex officio member or otherwise than by virtue of his having previously held an office, for a period of five years from the date of his appointment.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
