Removal of President from office

Section 143(8) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(8) Where the Panel reports to each House of the National Assembly that the allegation has not been proved, no further proceedings shall be taken in respect of the matter.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
