Speaker of House of Assembly

Section 92(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) There shall be a Speaker and a Deputy Speaker of a House of Assembly who shall be elected by the members of the House from among themselves.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
