Appointment of Auditor-General (House of Assembly)
Section 126(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(1) The Auditor-General for a State shall be appointed by the Governor of the State on the recommendation of the State Civil Service Commission subject to confirmation by the House of Assembly of the State.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
