Establishment of Consolidated Revenue Fund (House of Assembly)

Section 120(3) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(3) No moneys shall be withdrawn from any public fund of the State, other than the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State, unless the issue of those moneys has been authorised by a Law of the House of Assembly of the State.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
