Mode of exercising legislative power of a state
Section 100(5) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)
What Constitution says
(5) Where the Governor withholds assent and the bill is again passed by the House of Assembly by two-thirds majority, the bill shall become law and the assent of the Governor shall not be required.
This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
