Appointment of Auditor-General (National Assembly)

What Constitution says

(1) The Auditor-General for the Federation shall be appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Federal Civil Service Commission subject to confirmation by the Senate.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
