Section 85(3)(a) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(a) provide such bodies with - (i) a list of auditors qualified to be appointed by them as external auditors and from which the bodies shall appoint their external auditors, and (ii) guidelines on the level of fees to be paid to external auditors; and

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
