Establishment of Consolidated Revenue Fund (National Assembly)

Section 80(3) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(3) No moneys shall be withdrawn from any public fund of the Federation, other than the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation, unless the issue of those moneys has been authorised by an Act of the National Assembly.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
