Section 8(2)(b) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(b) a proposal for the boundary adjustment is approved by - (i) a simple majority of members of each House of the National Assembly, and (ii) a simple majority of members of the House of Assembly in respect of the area concerned.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
