Section 7(2)(b) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(b) ensure, to the extent to which it may be reasonably justifiable that in defining such area regard is paid to - (i) the common interest of the community in the area; (ii) traditional association of the community; and (iii) administrative convenience.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
