Section 4(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) The legislative powers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall be vested in a National Assembly for the Federation, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
