Section 12(1) · 1999 Constitution (2004 edition)

What Constitution says

(1) No treaty between the Federation and any other country shall have the force of law to the extent to which any such treaty has been enacted into law by the National Assembly.

This is the 1999 Constitution as published in 2004. Later amendments aren't included yet, so a section may have changed since.
